Very inadequate support. I completed the registration, but a support representative called to say I needed to verify and confirm my information over the phone. I disagreed, and he stated that without phone verification, I wouldn't be able to trade. Why is phone verification necessary? This is the first time I’ve encountered a broker that requires personal information to be verified over the phone when everything has already been confirmed online using technology. They also did not respond to my email.
