On February 5, 2026, I deposited $10,000 into my MT5 account (No. 530132711) and generated a profit of $21,016 through trading.

After that, I submitted a withdrawal request for $31,000. However, FxPro locked my account and froze all of my funds, including both my initial deposit and profits. As of today (February 13, 2026), more than a week has passed and I still have not been able to withdraw my money. FxPro has not provided me with any clear explanation.

I trade with many different brokers and have always been able to withdraw funds quickly. Only FxPro is attempting to hold my money.

I would very much like to upload my trading history for everyone to verify, but I cannot find the option to upload images on Trustpilot.

I want to warn everyone that FxPro appears to be having serious issues in its treatment of clients.

I will continue to provide updates on my situation.

Latest update: FxPro has scammed me out of $21,000 in profits, and no legitimate reason has been provided. Everyone should be cautious and avoid trading with FxPro.

The worst technical support among all brokers!

This broker has the highest trading fees and the poorest technical support available! I wanted to use the Trading Central analytic view indicator on the MT5 platform and needed to open a live account to access it. It took me weeks to set up, as no one in their technical support team understood how it works. After I finally used the indicator, I encountered another issue, and once again, after many weeks, they had no solution and blamed me for improper installation. I sent numerous emails with screenshots detailing the problem and my steps, but that wasn't sufficient for them; they suggested I hire a film crew to document my actions! I've used this indicator for years on various platforms, so I know what I'm doing. However, due to their lack of knowledge, it's easier for them to point fingers at me. They don't care that I've closed my account and am now searching for another broker that offers the same MT5 platform and Trading Central indicator. It's best to find a broker with reliable support, as I'm sure this isn't the only issue they face with their clients, given their management's indifference toward trader support.

Extremely disappointing customer support. I completed the registration, but a representative called to inform me that I needed to verify my information over the phone. I disagreed, and he stated that without this phone verification, I would not be able to trade. Why is phone verification necessary? This is the first time I’ve encountered a broker requiring personal information to be confirmed via phone after everything was already verified online. Moreover, they did not respond to my email.

High Spread Issues

The spread for gold is excessively high and unsuitable for scalping. Additionally, when closing positions, the profit and loss fluctuate unfavorably, making it ineffective for trading with larger volumes.

Confirmed Scammers

Confirmed scammers. They closed my account once I uncovered their practices. All evidence is documented and can be verified in the reviews below. However, the review platform seems to filter out negative reviews. This broker is clearly frightened and has not addressed my concerns at all. They have terminated my account to conceal their wrongdoings, using every means to shut me down. I am currently trying to recover my funds, but they remain unresponsive, stating my account is terminated, and no one will assist me. It's disheartening to see the lengths they go to avoid accountability.

Account Terminated Due to Profitable Strategy

I was trading a strategy during the Asian Session that yielded a 1%-2% ROI per session, and after a few weeks, I was asked to stop. It seems this broker doesn't welcome clients they can't profit from or hedge against the market. Their terms and conditions include vague clauses that allow them to terminate agreements without proper justification. Unfortunately, I must seek other brokers, as it seems if clients are losing money, everything is fine! Update: The broker is aware of my identity but merely responds that my email does not match their records, which is a feeble attempt to save face. They simply don't support profitable trading.
