The service is of very poor quality, the server takes a very long time to load; in my case, it took more than 12 hours. They do everything manually. I asked for a refund, but they didn't give it. The server keeps disconnecting when using MT5. It's very bad, and I still haven't received a refund. They do everything to avoid giving your money back, inventing many excuses, and still haven't returned your money. I'm not even using the server because it keeps disconnecting from MT5 Forex, even with a dedicated IP. I didn't like it; I want my money back, and I still haven't had any success in getting it back.
I am a new student trader and am trying out Fxsvps cheapest plan. So far so good. Whenever encountered any issue, Julie James has been super helpful and efficient in helping my account run smoothly again. Will consider upgrading as I progress in my trading journey.
