The shipping process via the courier arranged by the service was smooth and hassle-free. However, after sending the device, I received feedback for the first time only 5 days later. The appraiser claimed that I had indicated 'perfect cosmetic condition,' but they assessed the phone to have significant signs of use. Consequently, they reduced the original offer by 10%, which also extended the payout period by the same amount of time. In the meantime, I had cancelled other appraisals, so I reluctantly accepted the lower offer for a phone that was in particularly good cosmetic condition. The device had been cared for by my spouse, always kept in a protective case with a screen protector, and all functions were working perfectly. Cosmetic appearance is quite subjective. My evaluation was based on the service's sample descriptions, while the appraiser provided a subjective assessment that was hard to contest. The only options were to accept the offer or request the device's return, which could lead to additional shipping costs.

The package was delivered two days late, but that wasn't their fault. Paying a fraction of the original price is fantastic. People seem to have issues with certain devices, but that’s often due to resale challenges. I couldn’t turn in my old phone since it was very old, but that was expected. They are starting to sell other brands too, which is exciting. They should mention that devices may come from other countries, as mine occasionally shows a little bit of foreign text. Overall, I’ll likely buy my next phone from here again in a few years.
They are just as the other reviewers described. Cheating and lying. They make you wait weeks before informing you that the item is in worse condition than stated, and based on this, they rob you. This seems to be their business model. If you want to avoid losing money and waiting for long periods, steer clear of them!
I do not recommend. Bought a laptop in "as new" condition for a high price, but it failed after a month. I sent it for repair, but they didn’t even attempt to fix it after keeping it for 20 days. Instead, they found a minor scratch and claimed I damaged it. Very disappointing.
