My experience was very disappointing: there’s absolutely no support. I submitted two tickets over a month ago, and received no reply. Their website is not functioning, they lack a registered office or VAT number, and they don’t send invoices. I suspect they might be a scam. I advise everyone to avoid them! I requested a refund, but based on their previous actions, I highly doubt I will receive it. I feel utterly deceived.

I found out that the platform is distributing copies of premium plugins, including my own creations, without the authors’ consent. While the GPL allows code redistribution, it's crucial for potential customers to understand that the products here do not originate from the original developers and lack official support, updates, or security assurances - they could even be tampered with and carry malware. In my case, users who faced issues with these redistributed versions reached out to me directly, unaware they hadn’t bought from a legitimate source. This causes confusion and leaves customers without adequate support or reliable updates. If you depend on plugins for your site, I strongly suggest obtaining them from original developers or trusted marketplaces to ensure you receive safe, current, and supported versions while also supporting the original creators.
Be aware that this company is selling products created by other developers. While this practice is legal under the GPL license, it's deeply unethical. They are using copyrighted images and text, making it illegal, and they could be shut down at any moment, rendering your yearly or lifetime membership completely worthless. They simply rebrand under a new website, leaving you at a loss!
I joined the club six months ago and found it worthwhile, but I'm frustrated by a message displayed on their site since I joined: "Currently, 26 themes are temporarily unavailable... We expect these themes to be available soon." I check every time I visit, and the same message has persisted since I joined. Integrity and accountability still matter to me.
