I preordered a record, it came in the mail damaged. I emailed to send it back to get it replaced, not refunded. I was VERY CLEAR that I wanted the item REPLACED and NOT refunded. I went through the entire process to send it back and then WEEKS later, I check my bank account to see they have refunded me and didn't even bother to tell me they could not replace the item. I emailed back asking for the issue to be escalated and of course, I'm ghosted. Terrible customer service, terrible packaging. I will never buy from them again.
