An extremely unsatisfactory experience. I did not receive what I ordered, and the platform left me to deal with the supplier, who eventually admitted after numerous messages that the item was unavailable and sent a different one. They initially denied the ordered product was missing despite evidence. No solution was offered apart from a small discount on a new order. The platform did not intervene. Avoid this service!
