I have experienced extremely disappointing customer service. After waiting for a month, my delivery is still pending. The support team has not provided any meaningful updates and continues to respond with generic templates. This has been a frustrating waste of time and money. I strongly recommend avoiding this service!

I would advise customers to be cautious when considering items that claim to be from a particular brand. When I received a replica, I was charged for return shipping despite not wanting to keep it. In my view, this practice is not acceptable for a company of this size.

An extremely unsatisfactory experience. I did not receive what I ordered, and the platform left me to deal with the supplier, who eventually admitted after numerous messages that the item was unavailable and sent a different one. They initially denied the ordered product was missing despite evidence. No solution was offered apart from a small discount on a new order. The platform did not intervene. Avoid this service!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. My order was supposed to arrive today, but it was delivered to the wrong address. They provided a delivery photo, but it is not my door or address! I filed a loss report. When I tried to reach out for support, I was told I couldn't submit a request until a week later, which is unacceptable! You wait weeks for an item, it gets misdelivered, and then you can't reach customer service. I demand a full refund immediately and will never purchase here again.
Avoid this site – they sell counterfeit products and block genuine reviews. I purchased shoes that turned out to be fake. When I reported this, I was automatically refunded and told to keep or discard the shoes. The platform did not remove the counterfeit listing and showed no accountability.
