I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. My order was supposed to arrive today, but it was delivered to the wrong address. They provided a delivery photo, but it is not my door or address! I filed a loss report. When I tried to reach out for support, I was told I couldn't submit a request until a week later, which is unacceptable! You wait weeks for an item, it gets misdelivered, and then you can't reach customer service. I demand a full refund immediately and will never purchase here again.
