FRAUDULENT COMPANY WITH ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
They do not issue refunds even when their servers cannot handle the games they offer, the games are unplayable with horrible lag/connection issues. They will only give you a site credit which locks your funds with them on site and unable to use elsewhere or transfer back to your pocket. DO NOT BUY ANY PACKAGES WITH DISCOUNTS AS YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND, bought a 1 year package with a discount, played for less than a month with horrible gaming server issues with plenty of tickets to support asking for help but all they did was bounce me to different IP addresses and upon requesting a refund was told I can only get a credit on their platform which is unplayable!!! This company is completely FRAUDULENT!!!!
