FRAUDULENT COMPANY WITH ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
They do not issue refunds even when their servers cannot handle the games they offer, the games are unplayable with horrible lag/connection issues. They will only give you a site credit which locks your funds with them on site and unable to use elsewhere or transfer back to your pocket. DO NOT BUY ANY PACKAGES WITH DISCOUNTS AS YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND, bought a 1 year package with a discount, played for less than a month with horrible gaming server issues with plenty of tickets to support asking for help but all they did was bounce me to different IP addresses and upon requesting a refund was told I can only get a credit on their platform which is unplayable!!! This company is completely FRAUDULENT!!!!
I've ran a few communities (mostly on Garry's Mod) and I've been with a few server providers but no one as smooth as g-portal. They are server providers evolved, a really pleasant experience 👍
Great pricing structure, offering both manual recharge and subscription options. Setup is incredibly straightforward, and the support team responds quickly to tickets. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Far superior to managing it yourself with other platforms.
The setup was straightforward and it worked perfectly for my game, allowing me to enjoy it on my console since my PC can't handle it. I was able to get a server and play on my own terms. The rental prices are also very affordable... I'm extremely satisfied with the service. 5 stars all the way!

I've been trying to get in touch with the support team for nearly 24 hours without success. It's frustrating to spend my weekend on a server that remains unusable. I've submitted three tickets, emailed, and reached out on various platforms, but the only responses come through reviews, and my problem is still unresolved.
