I never got my order to return. I placed it on 28th Nov at 22:30 and paid £63.90. The next day, I received an email stating it was on its way to the UK. On 4th Dec, I got another email confirming the return and that a refund would be processed the same day. However, I only received £56.95 back, and I was informed that the return was received, yet I was charged £6.95 for a parcel that never reached me. I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'm thoroughly DISAPPOINTED this time.
