The product was not as depicted on the pictures: on the picutes, the jeans had a GSTAR text below the right pocket, but the delivered product only had the text only on the watch pocket (small front pocket), not on the lower part of the right back pocket as well. Otherwise GSTAR remains my jeans of choice and the jeans are great, in future please ensure the product matches the pictures. Please update the picture catalog online

The response from the return service has been outstanding. I needed to modify the pick-up address, and the head office responded quickly and efficiently. They updated my address and will arrange for collection at my new location.

I never got my order to return. I placed it on 28th Nov at 22:30 and paid £63.90. The next day, I received an email stating it was on its way to the UK. On 4th Dec, I got another email confirming the return and that a refund would be processed the same day. However, I only received £56.95 back, and I was informed that the return was received, yet I was charged £6.95 for a parcel that never reached me. I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'm thoroughly DISAPPOINTED this time.
