I'm leaving this review due to my frustrating experience with the service from the very beginning. I chose their most expensive plan on a long-term contract, only to find out weeks later—without any proactive communication—that my building lacks network capacity and installation cannot go ahead. The company should confirm this before processing an order, not leave customers waiting for updates. To make matters worse, their customer service promised follow-ups that never occurred. No calls, no emails, no real explanation—just a cancellation notice after I had to repeatedly follow up. This behavior feels deceptive: they take orders they cannot fulfill, keep customers in the dark, and only admit issues when pressured. Overall, the service has been unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to think carefully before signing up.
