I'm sharing this review due to my very disappointing experience with the service from day one. I opted for their highest-priced plan on a long-term contract, only to discover weeks later—after receiving no proactive communication—that my building lacks network capacity and that installation cannot proceed. This is something the company should verify before accepting an order, not after leaving customers in the dark without updates. To make matters worse, their customer support promised follow-ups that never materialized. No calls, no emails, no real explanation—just a cancellation notice after I had to follow up multiple times. This behavior feels misleading: they accept orders they cannot fulfill, keep customers uninformed, and only acknowledge the issue after being pressed. Overall, the service has been unacceptable. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this service to be very cautious before signing up.
