I received an invalid (already used) Steam key and provided clear proof, including a screenshot from Steam showing that the key could not be activated.
I contacted the seller, who stopped responding after the initial reply.
I then opened a support ticket on March 27. After multiple follow-ups over more than two weeks, I received only one irrelevant response that ignored the actual issue, and the ticket was effectively closed.
Despite further messages, including mentioning escalation through my payment provider, I received no response at all.
As of April 17, the issue is still unresolved.
Extremely poor customer support and lack of accountability.

I understand your point regarding the conversation category. However, I did contact the seller, they responded and asked for my order number, which I then provided.
After receiving the order number, the seller stopped responding completely and the conversation was closed.
Additionally, one of the keys I received was already used, which is the main issue and has not been addressed. I have already provided clear proof of this.
I would also like to mention that I opened a support ticket regarding this issue, but I did not receive any meaningful response before the case was closed.(Ticket id: CYJP-965921)
At this point, I have followed all the required steps, contacted the seller, and provided all necessary information, but the issue remains unresolved.
Please clarify what I am supposed to do next in this situation, as I cannot resolve this without further assistance.
