In 90% of cases, everything runs smoothly. But if something goes wrong, you get neither your money back nor any support. Neither the seller nor G2A contacted me. I didn't get the key and my money is gone.

They need to better control sellers and have a direct line of communication with them. It's unacceptable that on February 27, 2026, at 4:08 PM, I purchased an Xbox account with Resident Evil 9 from Viking Brothers (order number 92000146026277). They sent me an authentication code that didn't work. I contacted the seller, and the next day they replied saying they were investigating and that if they didn't contact me within 24 hours, I should write again. 24 hours passed, I wrote again, and there was no way to get a response or a solution. I opened a ticket with G2A, stating that the seller is responsible and that if they don't respond and provide a solution within 5 days, I should contact them again. The result is that I bought a game I can't play, the seller isn't resolving the issue, and G2A is making me wait 5 days to investigate the case. They should resolve cases within 24 hours maximum because people buy games to play them as soon as they buy them, not a week later.

I’ve been using G2A.COM for buying games, and honestly, it’s been a great experience. The prices are noticeably lower compared to many other platforms, which makes it perfect if you want to save some money.

trading standards in the uk are involved as are the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) and Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department along side the Consumer Council over there,

have emails showing they are fully in the process of this investigation ad all parties involved agreed that there is fraud and hopefully these scammers both g2a and the seller get what they deserve

I had a very disappointing and suspicious experience with G2A. I purchased Robux for 20 EUR and expected to receive a valid working code. However, they didn't send me anything.

When I contacted the seller, instead of fixing the issue, they told me I needed to pay an additional 30 EUR in order to receive a working code. This made absolutely no sense to me. I had already paid 20 EUR for the product I ordered. Why should I pay even more money just to get what I already purchased?

I refused to send the extra 30 EUR because I had already completed my purchase. It felt unfair and almost like a scam. Customers should not be asked to pay more money to fix a seller’s mistake.

I lost 20 EUR and received nothing in return. I am very disappointed and would not recommend buying digital products from this platform. Be careful before purchasing anything here.

Support doesn’t care what happens after the sale. If the product stops working, support does not address the issue or respond. They have a habit of closing support tickets without giving an answer. Personally, I will not buy any expensive products through the platform anymore—at most, I’ll make purchases worth only a few euros that won’t matter even if they stop working.

There are several other similar services where the platform actually cares that customers receive what they paid for. G2A is not one of them.
