They need to better control sellers and have a direct line of communication with them. It's unacceptable that on February 27, 2026, at 4:08 PM, I purchased an Xbox account with Resident Evil 9 from Viking Brothers (order number 92000146026277). They sent me an authentication code that didn't work. I contacted the seller, and the next day they replied saying they were investigating and that if they didn't contact me within 24 hours, I should write again. 24 hours passed, I wrote again, and there was no way to get a response or a solution. I opened a ticket with G2A, stating that the seller is responsible and that if they don't respond and provide a solution within 5 days, I should contact them again. The result is that I bought a game I can't play, the seller isn't resolving the issue, and G2A is making me wait 5 days to investigate the case. They should resolve cases within 24 hours maximum because people buy games to play them as soon as they buy them, not a week later.
