I am writing this to warn all potential buyers. G2G is a platform that protects scammers as long as they wait 14 days to steal the account back.
I purchased a Steam account (Order #1771156772347Q4AC) from the seller "Sukatelor". Shortly after the 14-day "insurance" period ended, the seller used original recovery information to reclaim the account. I have video evidence showing I was removed from the Steam Family by the seller's main account ("Oejabz").
The most shocking part is G2G's negligence. I reported this seller back in February (Ticket #5152467) because he admitted he still had 2FA and active sessions on the account, which is a direct violation of G2G's "Full Access" rules. G2G support ignored my warnings then, and now they refuse to help (Ticket #5320776), claiming the insurance has expired.
Support agents Kevin J, Adrien Klynn, and Anastasya Z keep sending automated copy-paste responses instead of reviewing the evidence of a verified crime. By allowing a seller to reclaim an account after 14 days despite prior warnings, G2G is actively participating in fraud.
I have lost 475PLN and the investment I made in the account (NBA 2K26). If you value your money, stay away from this platform. I am now proceeding with a bank chargeback and reporting this to the authorities.
