I had an order (ID: 1770050806213WG5E – Ticket 5146715) partially paid with 2,800 G2G Points and the remaining amount via PIX (bank transfer).
The order was considered not as described (17 accounts banned before the promised 30 days), and the refund was approved.
However, G2G is refusing to process the refund to my original payment method unless I first restore 2,800 G2G Points in my account.
The issue is:
G2G Points cannot be purchased directly.
Points can only be earned by completing new orders.
I am advised not to use the refunded Store Credit.
Therefore, I would need to spend new money on the platform just to unlock my refund.
This effectively creates a barrier to receiving my own refunded money.
Conditioning a refund on making a new purchase is not reasonable.
I hope G2G escalates this to a compliance-level review and resolves this matter properly.
Warning: Scam.
If you're a seller, I strongly advise against selling your products on this site. They allow you to freely sell your products on their platform. However, once a sale is made, they place dozens of absurd obstacles in your path to wear you down and prevent you from withdrawing your money, thus keeping it for themselves. Arthur Cao is the Senior Business Development Executive and is responsible for creating these obstacles for sellers, along with Ananda Cata and the G2G Support team, who are his accomplices.
I am a fully verified seller (ID provided). I was permanently banned with NO prior warning over a simple category misunderstanding (listing a Google activation token under 'Digital Pins'). And sure as a new seller (joined Jan 26), I looked at the most successful listings in the 'Digital Pins' category to understand how to set up my own shop. Many high-volume sellers with thousands of successful orders use this exact format (Activation Tokens). Because these listings are prominent and unpunished, I believed this was the standard and approved way to list on G2G. I am a victim of a lack of clear category guidance for new users. I have provided proof of delivery and even offered to keep my funds frozen to prove my legitimacy. Support (Ticket #5136603) has stopped responding for 4+ days. I am looking for a senior review of my case. This is unfair treatment for a new, honest seller
I contacted G2G support regarding a non-working CyberGhost VPN account. The first account stopped working shortly after delivery, and the replacement account also experienced the same login issue.
Although the investigation required full screen recordings and detailed verification, the support team remained responsive and clearly explained each step of the process. They carefully reviewed the evidence provided and handled the case professionally.
After completing the investigation, G2G canceled the order and refunded the Store Credit to my account. I appreciate that the issue was taken seriously and resolved fairly.
Thank you to the support team for their assistance and for ensuring a proper resolution.
I am writing this review as a serious warning to buyers considering purchasing Adobe Acrobat listings advertised as “lifetime” licenses on G2G.
I purchased the same Adobe Acrobat product from three different sellers. All three listings claimed to provide a “lifetime” license and an “official installer.” However, in each case, I was given third-party download links instead of being directed to Adobe’s official website.
After independent verification, I confirmed that Adobe uses a subscription-based licensing model and does not offer official lifetime licenses for current versions of Adobe Acrobat. Despite this, multiple sellers continue advertising “lifetime” versions at very low prices.
One of my orders was refunded after I documented the issue and escalated it. The other two were intentionally marked as completed so I could leave feedback and warn future buyers.
The core concern is not just about refunds — it is about listing accuracy and buyer protection. When purchasing professional software, customers should receive download access directly from the official vendor, not from external or third-party domains.
I strongly encourage G2G to implement stricter verification controls within this category to prevent misleading licensing claims and ensure that software distribution aligns with official vendor policies.
I will update this review if meaningful preventive measures are introduced. My intention is to protect other buyers and promote transparency on the platform.
I appreciate you guys stepping in and helping me with that difficult seller. I have used your platform for about 2 years without issues but that seller was being strange for whatever reason, I appreciate your efforts to help resolve this. I look forward to using your website again with a different seller again in the future. Thanks
I actually joined G2G because of buntyjee's recommendation. I had a great experience with him a few days ago, but since his suspension, I've struggled to find another seller with the same level of integrity. My recent transactions with others haven't been as smooth. I really hope to see him back on the platform soon so I can continue buying from him.
have made orders with g2g for years, As i am used to the reliable fast service it provided i made a ticket when a seller starting acting shady and not delivering. the company answered me back with a copy paste 1 liner which was suggesting that the blame is on me due to not checking with the seller prior to making the order. So now not only do they not care about 50 dollar orders, but they are defending sellers who are not providing orders as described.
Dont trust them they're lying on the product they said ranked ready it wasnt, i have deshonorable so couldnt played ranked, they're not answering, they dont delivery in 10 min i shoudlve waited 5 hours, and i needed to verify phone number and buy the game
