I have had a refund request on escalated for over a year now, I have emailed G2G Support twice with NO response what so ever after 2 weeks for both. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer support for G2G. Only reason why it has 2 stars is because most sellers make up for the horrible customer service provided by G2G.
