I had an order (ID: 1770050806213WG5E – Ticket 5146715) partially paid with 2,800 G2G Points and the remaining amount via PIX (bank transfer).
The order was considered not as described (17 accounts banned before the promised 30 days), and the refund was approved.
However, G2G is refusing to process the refund to my original payment method unless I first restore 2,800 G2G Points in my account.
The issue is:
G2G Points cannot be purchased directly.
Points can only be earned by completing new orders.
I am advised not to use the refunded Store Credit.
Therefore, I would need to spend new money on the platform just to unlock my refund.
This effectively creates a barrier to receiving my own refunded money.
Conditioning a refund on making a new purchase is not reasonable.
I hope G2G escalates this to a compliance-level review and resolves this matter properly.
