I’m very disappointed with Gabb. My watch still hasn’t shipped, and customer service keeps giving inconsistent answers. One agent said the screen is out of stock, while another said I just haven’t waited long enough for their “8-day processing time.” I’ve already waited eight days, and there’s still no progress on my order. I even requested that they ship the watch and band first if the screen isn’t available, but they completely ignored my request. It feels like they’re not trying to solve the problem at all—just giving generic responses. Not a trustworthy company.
