We've used Gabb phones for five years now and while we like the premise, having to make any changes, upgrading devices, or trying to solve any tech issues is a nightmare. Customer service is extremely hard to get a hold of and not very helpful. Doing things on the account level is overly complicated and not intuitive. It takes days to solve any problems and it ends in complete frustration. But, since we can't find another company with a comparable product, we're stuck with Gabb.
