Candace was extremely helpful in helping me navigate some difficulties I was having with my daughter's Gabb watch. Candace was very efficient with handling my concerns. She took into consideration that I'm very busy during working hours and was able to email me troubleshooting tips. When those didn't work out, she further helped me via email with suggestions on ways to upgrade. She never once seemed bothered by my questions. She was very sympathetic to my concerns. This kind of customer service is top notch and rare these days!
