I truly wish I could rate this service with zero stars. I regret not checking reviews before making a purchase. Like many others, I felt deceived. I ordered a beautiful stained glass light shaped like a dog, but what I received was a plastic light with blurred colors and a plug that was poorly glued. Customer service offered me a tiny refund or asked me to cover shipping back to China. Living in Vancouver, I believed I was buying from a local company. The entire experience was disappointing and a complete waste of time!
