I purchased shoes from Gabriel Vancouver online in September 2025. The website claimed they were moving warehouses and offering discounted prices, along with a 30-day money-back guarantee, which made the purchase seem low risk.
Unfortunately, the shoes I received did not match the photos on the website, which appears to be consistent with other customer reviews. When I requested a return, I was encouraged to keep the item in exchange for a partial refund, with the explanation that return shipping (paid by the customer) would be expensive and not worth it.
I chose to proceed with a return and refund. I was then told that refunds can take time due to bank processing. After waiting over three months, I still did not receive my refund. Communication focused on repeated delays rather than resolution.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that customers do not wait if there is an issue and immediately contact their credit card company to dispute the charge, as delays may prevent you from recovering your money.

Steer clear of this service! What you order is not what you will receive. Everything comes from overseas, and the pictures on the website are misleading. I ordered a glass dachshund lamp, but instead received a plastic dog lamp that wasn't even a dachshund. Returning the item means I have to pay for shipping. It's a joke—stay away from this seller.
This is a bait and switch scheme. I'm only giving one star because zero isn't an option. I was also scammed with another item. It took ages to arrive and was total junk. I wish I could show side-by-side pictures of their advertisement and what I actually received. Complete scam.
