Unfortunately, the shoes I received did not match the photos on the website, which appears to be consistent with other customer reviews. When I requested a return, I was encouraged to keep the item in exchange for a partial refund, with the explanation that return shipping (paid by the customer) would be expensive and not worth it.
I chose to proceed with a return and refund. I was then told that refunds can take time due to bank processing. After waiting over three months, I still did not receive my refund. Communication focused on repeated delays rather than resolution.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that customers do not wait if there is an issue and immediately contact their credit card company to dispute the charge, as delays may prevent you from recovering your money.
