This service is a complete scam. They claim to offer free returns within 30 days, but that is a falsehood! When I reached out to the support team for a return, they informed me that return shipping was too expensive and suggested I keep the item (a $55 sweater) for an $8 refund. I refused. They then offered $15 and later $20, but I insisted on a full refund according to their stated policy. Eventually, they told me I would have to pay for return shipping to an overseas location. How can that be considered free returns? Moreover, their website boasts about clothing made in local factories, similar to those producing designer apparel, but the quality is no better than budget mall brands. Nothing about this service is worth it.
