Ultimately, they informed me that I would need to pay for return shipping to an overseas location. How is that considered free returns? Furthermore, their website claims to feature clothing made in local factories similar to those producing designer items, but the quality is no better than inexpensive retail brands. Nothing about this service is worth it.

Do not purchase from this service! The clothing is low quality and does not fit as depicted. The shirts are boxy and the sweaters are itchy. It took over a month to arrive, and they won’t allow returns unless you want the same poor quality items. Save your money and choose a company that values its customers.
