I ordered two items and after not receiving the order within one month, I e-mailed the company. I was told that one item was out of stock. I could wait for the second item to arrive, or they could cancel the second item and ship the first item immediately. I chose to cancel the second item and the first did ship very quickly. I love the item, I wish the infrastructure at the company was a little more robust: reach out to me with options if an item is out of stock.
