This service is highly misleading. They advertise free returns within 30 days, but that’s not accurate! When I contacted the support team about a return, they claimed return shipping was too costly. They suggested I keep the item (a $55 sweater) for an $8 refund, which I declined. They then offered $15 and later $20, but I insisted on a full refund according to their stated policy. Ultimately, they informed me that I would need to pay for return shipping to an overseas location. How is that considered free returns? Furthermore, their website claims to feature clothing made in local factories similar to those producing designer items, but the quality is no better than inexpensive retail brands. Nothing about this service is worth it.
