Gabrinl states free returns on their website but that is not the case. I have been trying to return my $170 purchase for the past 2 weeks and it has been an ongoing hassle. They start out telling me to keep the clothes bc the return shipping is too high and offer a $30 refund. Emails have been going back and forth, each time they increase the refund ($30, $50, $75, $100, $130). Today I received an email stating that if I want a full refund I will have to pay the shipping costs. This is not what is advertised on their website. If Gabrinl wants to continue to grow they are going to have to improve their return and stand by what they advertise on their website. All I can say about this company is BUYER BEWARE!
