Absolutely shocking process. Submitted my claim regarding a stolen iPhone while abroad. Submitted claim on.6.11.23. Submitted all relevant paperwork via email by 8.11.23 due to repeated requests for the same information from Gadget. It’s now the 23rd November and despite my claim being finally approved on the, I am still without a device. Don’t bother wasting your money insuring your device unless you can manage to do without its replacement for up to a month. Absolute nightmare. Staff on the phone were nice that’s about it. Undue delay in process at every step. Will never use again. You’d be better saving a few euro each month to cover any incidents.
