Taking out the insurance was hassle free I had to make a claim in August on the 10th of August the tablet was collected to see if it could be fixed absolutely no correspondence since then as to what was happening with the claim I rang this week then to be told it couldn't be fixed and to wait 3 to 5 days more for the insurance money to go through which brings it up to 2 months with no tablet I payed my monthly fee even tough we had no tablet More correspondence would make the whole process less stressful for all parties
