The customer service agent I think his name is Hari was so helpful he sorted what was a stressful issue with my receipt for me and he was very friendly to deal with and after talking with him I felt reassured that I had my iPhone properly insured and that all my paperwork was in order. He really couldn’t have been more helpful. I would recommend gadget insurance to other people on his customer service alone.
