We have had Gaggia machines for many many years and for much of that time we have dealt with Gaggia UK Caffe shop Ltd. We found the video call very useful to discuss a new machine and grinder.Raj gave of his time freely so that we could make the decision confident that what we ordered would suit us.We took the opportunity to buy not just the machine and grinder but also a supply of the cleaning products plus a second cup holder set up for espresso to complement the one that comes with the machine that we set up for latte.All items arrived safely and very quickly. Yes using a grinder for the first time is a learning curve to get the perfect espresso but for us has been enjoyable as we understand better the skills of the barista!
