While most companies price in redundancy, Gaggia UK take immense pride in offering extraordinary and personal customer service. I can't fault Raj, Katie and the team. Their products are of an extremely high quality - and they go above and beyond to make sure you can get the best from your coffee machine. I've honestly never experienced a commitment to customers and product like it. I can't see myself buying a coffee machine from anywhere else.

We purchased our Gaggia Accademia machine almost 3 years ago. We had a 2 year + 1yr extended warranty.We love our coffee and the accademia has lived up to our expectations over the years. We have on average 8- 10 coffees per day and this machine coped admirably.Quality machine. Easy to operate, clean and maintain.One of the door hinges snapped a week or so prior to the end of the warranty period. Raj and Katy couldn't fo enough to help.The machine was collected quickly, prepared and returned within a week. Exceptional service and we were very happy yo have our trusty machine back where it belongs.Anyone thinking of gaggia machine you are buying quality and if you are buying from Raj and team you are dealing with a exceptional team.
Katie was really responsive arranging collection and coming back with updates during the repair and service process.The pick up was easily set up and the whole process was smooth and quick end-to-end. I'll definitely be sending my machine off to Gaggia Direct again in the future and would recommend to any other Gaggia owners
I purchased the original One Touch Accademia model and made over 9000 brews in 6 years. Great maker but, regular cleaning and greasing is essential. Only complaints small dip trays, and water tank and unavailability of spare parts which meant I had to replace the maker (after 3 years some parts were already unavailable). Ultimately, this made me reluctant to replace it with the new model. Caffe Shop Ltd now offer 5-year parts warranty so, that swung me back. Very happy with the maker which looks far better but retains the internals of the original. Makes the best coffees!
I purchased from damage box section ,when delivered the box was just like new everything perfect, very happy.Using an automatic frothing machine is very different than my old delonghi machine.There is a learning curve,I set to using oz’s for coffee and milk volume, you also have to learn cup sizes,it has been very interesting and satisfying,Iam now producing good flat whites and cappuccino.Overall happy with my Gaggia cadorna prestige
Gaggia products are great. Best espresso by a million miles. However you don’t know how good a company really is until you get a problem. Our grinder developed a fault on Monday 22nd December - a disaster for Christmas (accepting this is a Western 20th Century Problem). However after a phone call we received a replacement on Tuesday 23rd. Truly amazing service that is as good as the products themselves.
After previous experience with other manufacturers, (Not Good), we thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Gaggia, Raj & Team. Old school customer service at it's finest & took time to explain the difference between machines.As my wife is totally blind this meant so much to her, as they had the patience, and empathy with her situation. Purchased the Anima Prestige, a very easy machine to learn to use, and had a Zoom call with Raj, to help set up.This was hours after receiving the machine, so no long waits. After having a stroke 3 years ago, I'm a little slower than I was, and the kindness that was shown to both of us individually shows how outstanding the team are. Every enquiry was met with enthusiastic help, and explanations, we felt that any question could be asked no matter how small, and was made to feel like it matteredThe coffee is awesome too!
My wife and I visited their showroom this morning. Raj could not have been more helpful. He took us through the pros and cons of several machines. We chose the Cadorna prestige - he demonstrated all the menus and we made a couple of drinks. He comprehensively went through the maintenance of the machine. He gave us the maximum discount currently available on-line for the machine so that we were not disadvantaged buying from the shop. The on-line support they offer via zoom is very impressive. We would thoroughly recommend a visit to purchase. If only all businesses were run like this.
