Expensive awful Service and below average food. Have a local Gail’s to me in Manchester which I have been waiting to try but on a visit to London popped into one in Golders Green. Ordered a tea and eggs for breakfast.Eggs arrived but no tea. After waiting 10 mins, I approached a staff member (who really wasn’t interested in speaking) and said I was waiting for my tea. Was then told that tea is served at end of counter. Unfortunately I didn’t have my crystal ball so had no idea this was the process.Told me it was there waiting but I explained it would be cold so they reluctantly made another.I then saw (a few mins later) the member of staff looking over at me and sniggering.Food was also below average. Will stick with Costa or Starbucks next time!
