These people lie to you time after time. They cash your check and after 5 months of hounding them, I received my check order. As for my CC order, I filed a complaint with my CC company and they told me because I filed a dispute, they would not fill my order until I told my CC company to remove it. I just wanted to be done with these people and take my business elsewhere. Now 7 months later, they are telling my CC company that I owe them for a gold coin that they never delivered. This company was good when the parents owned it. They had a security guard that was with them for almost 30 years, now that the son's own it, the help is not customer friendly, by design and the son's are unscrupulous. Nate and Yvvette are just their to make excuses for the owners and I have found much better places to do business. DON'T fall for the $1 or $2 dollar cheaper hook online, It's not worth it.
