Today is 9/16/23. Used to order from them years ago. They had some cool silver rounds, so ordered on 7/7/23. They did have a notice on the site that these coins would begin shipping on 7/28. And on 7/8, placed another order for other coins. Tried to email, won't go thru. Called several times only to get nonexistent vm. FINALLY spoke to someone on 8/9 to try to find out where my orders were. She had no idea when they would be shipped.Kept checking the website and found out the second order was FINALLY shipped 8/25. Noticed there was no longer a delay shown for the goods on the first order. Waited a week, still hadn't shipped. So called 9/12 asking why my order still hadn't shipped. She said she didn't know, would check with mgr and call me back within 48 hours. STILL NO RESPONSE 4 days later.This is beyond ridiculous!
