TODAY IS AUGUST 1. I ordered my items on June 11. My payment was received on June 14. As of Friday, JULY 28 (that is 6 weeks AFTER MY PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED!!!) I had not received my order. I called customer service who tried to "explain" the delay away... I got strident and demanded that my order be fulfilled. The rep assured me that she would prioritize it... we'll see. Here is the reality of this situation: This company, Gainesville Coins, DOES NOT HAVE IN STOCK in their warehouse THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. SO--- YOU PAY FOR YOUR ORDER, AND THEN THEY USE YOUR MONEY TO TRY TO LOCATE AND BUY THE ITEMS YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. THEY ARE USING YOUR MONEY FOR WEEKS!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
