Piggybacking onto the other reviews about customer service and shipping......We ordered at the beginning of October, on the recommendation of a friend. Nowhere are shipping turnaround times of 4+ weeks mentioned but after I finally reached a live person, after a week of trying and leaving about 5 messages, which they do not return, I was told to expect that. When I finally got a tracking number on November 4 (almost five weeks after ordering) we thought things were OK. However, today, 11/20/22, we STILL have not received our package. I attempted 4-5 times to speak to someone about it and when I finally reached a live person I was told that "I am the only person here and call volume is high" in a snippy voice as if I were at fault for trying to find out where my order was. I was also informed it's not their fault if priority mail takes LONGER with the USPS, and did I remember that November 11 was a holiday? It's absolutely shocking, and meanwhile, they have a LOT of our money, while we have no product to show for it. This was a mistake of epic proportions. I hope we do not have to get an attorney involved, but since almost 8 weeks have passed since we placed our order it's looking that way.
