I would give 0 star if I could. It took almost a month for Gala to send my prescription and then when I reported that the dose is not helping me , since I am returned patient for Zepbound. I should have higher dose refill. The doctor Ali told me that she would send 15mg higher dose for this month, but they sent me again level 1 dose. I complaint before they shipped, but they still sent me same low dose. How ridiculous and waste of time. They can’t return and told me to wait another month for higher dose. And who knows what they would do after repeating same issue for past 3 months. I wish i never got their plan. I left Zepbound to compound. I should have never do that. Gala did not even help me to maintain my weight. I gained on other side. It’s totally scam. They are selling water or diluted meds.
