This service has terrible communication. I've received phone calls, emails, and texts from multiple sources. The customer support team, located in another country, doesn't coordinate with the nurses, who in turn don't connect with the pharmacy or the patient advocate, all situated in different locations. After paying $600 upfront for three months, I received my first compound of Tirzepatide with L-Carnitine. Following just one injection, I suffered severe stomach cramps. When I reached out to the pharmacy and nurse, they mentioned sending a different compound, which was easier on my stomach. However, after a month of four injections, I saw no weight loss or appetite reduction. I requested a dosage increase, but my next delivery arrived with the same original compound and dosage. Despite my attempts to reach out to all contacts, no one followed through on the dosage change. I decided to cancel my service. I highly recommend looking for a more reliable provider. I plan to try a different program next!
