They were good until they weren’t. I started having lower belly issues and saw a gastroenterologist, who ordered a series of tests. I responded to one of Gala’s numerous messages saying I would not be refilling my prescription until I got some answers to my health issues. I had responses from Gala saying that they understood my situation, but that was followed by billing me for a 3 month refill. When I called to request a refund they denied it saying I didn’t pause in time. I sent screenshots showing proof of me corresponding with them about the health issues I was having. The charge went through on March 1st and they said I didn’t pause until March 16th. It’s now March 25th and they never sent the refill, yet won’t refund my money. Something isn’t adding up. Beware of their tactics.
