When I noticed this, I attempted to cancel my order just moments later, but my request was denied, despite the battery not having shipped yet. The battery arrived without any warranty, while the manufacturer confirmed that buying directly from them includes a 2-year warranty. The customer service team did not accept a return or provide any solution, leaving me with a product that offers no protection. I feel misled and extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I would not advise purchasing items like this on the platform.
