To Whom It May Concern,The panel for The Vampire Diaries and the panel before that was handled horribly. I had purchased VIP passes for my niece and me specifically for seeing them and getting first entry into their panel. My niece and I were the first people in the VIP line for entry to their panel. The room was not cleared which ended with my niece and I sitting in the back of the panel. General pass holders entered during the panel before.There should have been some sort of procedure followed to ensure that the room was cleared before allowing VIP to enter. There should have also been a designated section for VIP seating.This is the last time I ever waste money purchasing VIP and not being able to get my money worth. The price of the VIP passes are not worth the “benefits” it comes with. This will probably be the last Galaxycon that I spend my hard earned money at.VERY DISAPPOINTED VIP PASS HOLDER
