I placed my order in December 2025 and was thrilled to finally receive it. The entire process was genuinely enjoyable. My order needed to be delivered to Germany, and I had some concerns about whether everything would arrive safely. However, the seller packed my items with great care! There wasn't a single scratch on anything! Everything was securely wrapped in bubble wrap. Although it took a bit longer to ship, once DHL got the package, it arrived in about a week. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

I made an order on November 23, and since November 24, the shipping status has been stuck on 'Labels printed, waiting for items.' A new order from November 25 arrived yesterday. I've sent multiple emails with no response. Phone calls go unanswered. I've been waiting nearly 4 weeks for my $350 order to arrive, which I’ve already paid for. The customer service has been the worst I've ever encountered.
This was the most poorly executed event I've attended in Columbus. It was disorganized, overcrowded, and had very inadequate security. The passes were of low quality compared to previous years. Items checked the day before weren’t rechecked the next day, allowing for potential security breaches. They should implement a different color tag system for each day.
They organize fantastic events once you get past check-in, which can take a while. Arriving at least an hour early is advisable. They have a good selection of talent, with multiple headliners, so if one cancels, there are still others to see. The sales floor and signing hours are clearly indicated, and you can often encounter celebrities on the convention floor. The 18+ shows are exceptional. Don’t miss the smaller panels led by volunteers; they’re great! My only complaint is the increasing number of paid special event meet-and-greets.
Waiting in line for an autograph felt like being packed in like sardines. The guest stars were impressive, which is why I gave it two stars. However, the setup was terrible, with taped lines too narrow for comfort. Stars even had to pull up tape to create more space. It seems they oversell tickets instead of capping attendance. It was uncomfortable and chaotic. I used to enjoy this event, but it has changed for the worse. I’m disappointed and won’t return.
I placed four different orders through their comic department. Three went smoothly, but my last order was missing two books. I've sent ten emails and left three recorded messages, but received no replies. I spent over $2,000 on these orders and feel ripped off for two upgraded comics worth under $100. I recommend avoiding this service.
I attended Galaxy Con's Animate convention in Philadelphia and found that some featured guests made overly political comments during panels that had nothing to do with politics. This led to me and several others walking out, as we wanted to enjoy the convention without political discussions. I believe political topics should be banned from future conventions. The only highlights were meeting a few guests and the cosplay wrestling panel. The food was decent but not remarkable. I much preferred another convention.
We drove over three hours to attend the Raleigh convention, only to face issues at the entrance. I was told my prop weapons were not allowed, so I returned them to the car while my spouse purchased tickets. Upon returning with food for my young children, I was told I had to throw it away, even though it was from the convention's food truck. The staff was unhelpful and refused to assist my family in finding me. I spent two hours looking for someone to escort me to get my badge, only to find the halls closing. When we finally entered, we were kicked out after purchasing a prop laser gun. We paid more than what was advertised for a one-day pass. Overall, it was a dreadful experience, and I wouldn't recommend this event to anyone.
This was my first experience at GalaxyCon Raleigh, and it was a complete disaster from the start. The convention was overcrowded, making it difficult to walk through the vendor hall. There was no crowd control, and panels were inaccessible unless you arrived hours early. The staff was often rude or uninformed. I spent over an hour in line for a photo op only to learn the guest had canceled, with no announcements or updates. Almost everything required cash, and there was poor communication about this. It's clear the convention prioritizes ticket sales over attendee experience. I spent hundreds for an unorganized and uncomfortable experience. Save your money; there are better conventions out there.
