I've purchased over a dozen autographs from GalaxyCon since early 2021 and my experiences have been nothing but positive. I live in the UK and service has always been exceptionally quick with most autographs reaching my door after around 6 weeks, though some have been quicker and some have been slower depending on the talent. Additionally, I had a video call with a guest last year and it was well-organised and went exceptionally smoothly. When I had a technical question that needed answering, the customer service support agent was wonderful. Thanks to GalaxyCon, I've been able to add autographs to my collection from people I could have only dreamed about before! I would heartily recommend their service to all fans of pop culture.
